NFL Concussions

     Facts: A study has shown that football players who have suffered 3 or more concussions have a tripled risk of depression. 31% of athletes with concussions are rushed back onto the field after injury. Several professional football players have committed suicide, autopsy results revealed brain damaged. Opinions: When people who play sports get a concussion, I don't think they should play again until they reach their full potential. I think football players should tranquil their actions or terminate playing sports. When they have brain damage the player should be taken to a clinic to help them recover.

Any Small Goodness

   Arturo's culture is like anybodies family because they do things together. When they get ready to chow-down, they help each other make the food. Arturo gets up at the crack of dawn to attended basketball practice. I puzzled out that his neighborhood is Spanish speaking, and his culture loves searing hot peppers and basketball.

Montana

Dear Grandpa and Grandma,

     On my way to Montana I was finding out that it's very different from Iowa. On my way here we stopped at Nebraska and Wyoming for some breaks of sitting in a car. It took us 18 hours and 10 minutes to get up here, it seemed like we would never make it. My mom got a lot of antiques so our truck was loaded. My dad and I went to Cabelas and bought lots of traps, and a "How To Mount Deer" booklet, and looked at guns and mounted animals. After we got done at Cabelas we went to a State Park to see all the different wildlife and to learn about Montana. When we got ready the next morning to go bear, elk, and wolf hunting we found out that you could only shoot three bear. When we were done hunting we had one black bear that we were going to use as a rug at our house, we also got one prodigious elk, and that was all we got. Luckily when we got here it was the middle of shed season, so we finally got my mom to say yes to go with us, we found a whopping total of 26 sheds in just one week of being up here.

     Next Week

     After one long week of hunting and not seeing anything, we decided to try fishing. We went back to Cabelas and looked for fly fishing rods and jigs. When we went out I had noticed that my mom was wearing all pink and a yellow hat. We ended up catching 4 trout and 21 salmon. We had 19 of them wrapped for my grandpa and grandma. On our way home we stopped at a couple more stores for my mom to see the last of Montana. Next time we go on vacation we need to go some where warm.

My Christmas Vacation

     When I got home, I thought to my self this is weird. No more school, what am I going to do? The first day of vacation I went and hunted rabbits with my dad, I did that almost every afternoon until school. Between all of the rabbit hunting we went to a couple of stores with my mom.
     The next week of vacation my dad and I were looking for gifts that my mom would like for Christmas. We got her a lot of nice things, when we decided to open our presents it was Christmas Eve. When we started to open our presents it was after supper, I got a lot of cool things but my favorite thing was my main present, a 20 gauge shotgun.
   After Christmas, my dad and I worked around the shop sorting things out and playing with my dog. That weekend we went to Cabelas. There we bought some cool things like traps for crawdads, a gun strap, and some cashews. After that, it was the same routine shooting rabbits for my grandma and grandpa, and shooting birds for my cats.

Camping Compared To Staying In A Hotel

     I would rather camp than stay in a hotel for these simple reasons. Camping is out in the woods. I like that because I get to see lots of different animals. Another reason I like camping is that you get to sleep on the ground. When you're camping, you get to sleep in a camper, tent, or be illuminated under the stars. Camping is a alternative way to meet new friends, and get away from the house.
     Sleeping in a hotel is very unorthodox for my family because we work on the farm every weekend. Then twice or more a year we go to a hotel. In a hotel you get to go swimming, jump on the beds, or call room service. At a hotel you get to sleep in a bed unlike camping. When you're staying at a hotel it's in a city, I really don't like staying in cities because I am used to the quiet country.
     When you stay in a hotel or go camping you should have fun at both of those places. When you're staying at both of those places you do not sleep in your own bed. For me I go with my family to both of those places.

If You Give Patty A Treat

If you give my dog Patty a treat, she will assail anything that comes near her (in that case it's my cats). If she attacks a cat, she will get scolded. If she gets scolded, she will venture off. If she dawdles off, I get yelled at to find her. When I find her, she is wicked. If she is wicked, she digs up holes. If she digs up holes, I have to fill them in. If I have to fill them in, I yell at her. If I yell at her, my Grandpa will feel anguish for her, almost like she is practically at her death bed. If he feels deprives for her, he gives her a treat. If he gives her a treat, she assassinates cats for it. Then it starts all over again.

My Morning

     My morning flows rapid as a river because I never get time to do what I need to do. The first thing I do in my mornings is get up at 6:30a.m., and lay in bed in tell 6:50a.m. Next, after I get up I go and look out side to see if it's anyway possible school would be canceled. Then, if it looks like an okay day, I go and find my clothes for the morning. When, I get my clothes on I find something that sounds succulent for breakfast.

     Now, I look in the pantry for something for my lunch, usually I find something luscious, but not always. After I wait for my mom to get ready, then we drive to the elementary school and wait for about 20 minutes. When were done waiting I get on the bus and sit in a seat. I sit in my seat while we pick up kids from town, after the bus ride I sit down in the cafeteria until the bell rings.
